How billing works
Materials and spare parts are extra. Travel time is not billed as labour. After the minimum time, actual working time applies without additional time blocks or rounding up. No VAT is charged or shown under Section 19 UStG. Pricing conditions are explained before work begins.
The same hourly rate applies to fault-finding and diagnosis, electrical services within the permitted scope, permitted appliance connections, furniture and TV assembly, painting, minor repairs and all other offered services. There is no separate diagnostic fee or fixed assembly price.
Example with 2 hours of actual work: €120 + €30 = €150 plus any required materials and spare parts.

Is travel included in the hourly rate?
No. In addition to labour, there is a €30 standard travel fee within Berlin. Travel time is not billed again as labour.
How is time billed after the minimum?
After 1.5 hours, actual working time is billed at the same hourly rate. There is no additional rounding up to time blocks.
Is there a separate diagnostic fee?
No. Working time for fault-finding and diagnosis is also billed at €60 per hour. The minimum time and standard travel fee apply as well.
Do I pay extra for spare parts?
Yes. Required materials and spare parts are charged separately and discussed with you beforehand.
